The General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine reported updated losses of Russian occupiers as of the morning of July 4, 2025.
According to the information, Russia has suffered the following losses:
- personnel – approximately 1,024,210 (+1,120) people;
- tanks – 10,988 (+2) units;
- armored combat vehicles – 22,946 (+10) units;
- artillery systems – 29,815 (+21) units;
- multiple launch rocket systems – 1,428 (+1) units;
- air defense systems – 1,191 (+0) units;
- aircraft – 420 (+0) units;
- helicopters – 340 (+0) units;
- operational-tactical UAVs – 43,303 (+205) units;
- cruise missiles – 3,436 (+0) units;
- ships/boats – 28 (+0) units;
- submarines – 1 (+0) unit;
- automotive equipment and tank trucks – 53,999 (+112) units;
- special equipment – 3,925 (+3) units.
Activity of the occupiers' fleet as of July 4
- No enemy ships are present in the Black Sea;
- No enemy ships are present in the Sea of Azov;
- in the Mediterranean Sea, there are two enemy ships, one carrying Caliber cruise missiles with a total salvo of up to four missiles.
In the last day, the following vessels passed through the Kerch Strait towards Russia:
- to the Black Sea – nine vessels, six of which continued their way to the Bosporus Strait;
- to the Sea of Azov – 11 vessels, of which seven moved from the Bosporus Strait.
It should be noted that it is the 1,227th day of full-scale war in Ukraine.
