Putin's admission regarding the strike on Dnipro will be used at the tribunal - Ukraine at the OSCE.

Ukrainian diplomat Victoria Kuvshinnikova reported that Putin's statement about his responsibility for the ballistic missile strike on Dnipro will be used to hold him and his supporters accountable at a special tribunal.
Kuvshinnikova stated: 'Early in the morning on November 21, the Russian regime used an experimental ballistic missile to attack the peaceful Ukrainian city of Dnipro.'
The diplomat emphasized the preciousness of life to Putin and stated the need for a Special Tribunal to address Russia's war crimes on Ukrainian territory.
She also highlighted that Russia will not be able to intimidate the Ukrainian people and the Armed Forces.
Ukraine has the right to defend itself against Russian aggression and to strike military targets.
To stop Putin and achieve peace, the best way is to implement the Ukrainian Peace Formula, - Kuvshinnikova added.
