Lost money and housing: PrivatBank disrupts the eOselya program, clients are furious.

One PrivatBank client complains about prolonged delays and issues when applying for a loan under the 'eOselya' program.
According to him, the application process lasted more than six months without any result. He approached the bank in October last year with the necessary documents, but nothing happened.
A month after the client's inquiry, the bank reported that an apartment appraisal was needed for loan approval, without which the documents could not be sent for review.
'In November, we conducted the apartment appraisal and at the beginning of December submitted the complete package of documents for loan approval. There was no information about the approval for a long Time. Then there was an attack on state registries, we were waiting for everything to recover. When it recovered, it turned out that the validity period of the documents had expired,' – the client reported.
The client prepared a complete package of documents and submitted it again on March 10. However, by April 28, after a month and a half, no information about the approval status had been received, despite constant inquiries to the bank.
'The money spent on the apartment appraisal, the documents were collected three times, a lot of nerves spent, but we can obtain no communication, no information,' – the client noted.
He expressed his disappointment with the bank's services and regrets choosing this bank. The real estate seller is no longer willing to hold the apartment, as there was no progress.
'After such careless treatment, there is only one desire - to refuse any services from PrivatBank forever,' – the client emphasized.
PrivatBank had previously warned clients about a new scheme of phone fraud.
