Volunteer Berlinskaya explained who will win the war.

Volunteer and founder of the Center for Aerial Reconnaissance Support Maria Berlinskaya claims that the winner in the technological war will be the side with the strongest technologies. She explained that war is mathematics and predicting the quantity and quality of resources for their optimal use. All military attacks are carefully calculated, including combined attacks with missiles and drones. Mathematical modeling is key to predicting the development of events in the war. To ensure technological superiority over Russia, Ukraine must develop its own innovative solutions. Berlinskaya emphasizes the need to create an Engineering Staff to coordinate efforts in developing military technologies in Ukraine.
Berlinskaya also notes that important aspects in the war, such as electronic warfare means, drones, and FPV-drones, were not considered in Ukraine. She believes that the need for these means had been previously predicted by experts, but their advice was ignored. Ukraine needs to avoid such mistakes and create an Engineering Staff to predict and solve the technological tasks of future wars.
In another interview, Berlinskaya stated that Ukraine will not be able to restore its 1991 borders due to insufficient resources. She claims that currently, Ukraine cannot even control the borders it had in February 2022.
According to Berlinskaya, Ukraine's strength was weakened by mobilization failures, delays in weapon supplies from the USA, the growth of the Russian military-industrial complex, and insufficient development of weapon production in Ukraine itself.
