Harvesting has started in Ukraine: where the most grain is collected.


The Ministry of Agrarian Policy and Food has announced the beginning of the harvest. According to the ministry, 74.3 thousand hectares have been harvested, and 188.1 thousand tons of early grains and legumes have been threshed. The collection of rapeseed has also begun.
The most active in the harvest are farmers from the Odessa region, as well as from the Mykolaiv and Dnipropetrovsk regions. In Mykolaiv and Odessa, the collection of rapeseed has also begun on an area of 4.2 thousand hectares.
'This harvest is not just bread. It is proof of the resilience, endurance, and strength of our farmers. This is already the fourth harvest season since the start of the full-scale war. Even during the war, they work the land so that Ukraine and the world have bread. Thank you to everyone who is in the field today. Your work is the foundation of our food security and a symbol of the resilience of the Ukrainian agricultural sector,' emphasized the Minister of Agrarian Policy and Food of Ukraine, Vitaliy Koval.
Ukraine prepares for a new harvest
According to the latest data, harvesting of grain crops has begun in Ukraine, and farmers are actively collecting the harvest. The Odessa region shows high activity in this process, indicating successful management. The Minister of Agrarian Policy and Food expressed gratitude to farmers for their important work, which is significant for the country's food security and serves as a testament to the strength and endurance of the Ukrainian agricultural sector.
