In occupied Luhansk, a transport collapse is imminent due to mobilization – Center for National Resistance.

The problem with public transport is worsening in Luhansk due to the mass mobilization of vehicle drivers. According to the Center for National Resistance (CNR), only a third of the necessary number of drivers are going to work in the city since many have been taken to war by the Russians. As of now, the occupiers cannot find even 300 drivers to ensure the proper operation of routes in the city.
Despite this, the occupation administration's authorities plan to raise the fare prices to improve the quality of transportation. However, local residents doubt that this decision will help solve the problem of driver shortages and the condition of worn-out transport.
Furthermore, it has been found that men arriving at the enemy's military unit in Luhansk are disappearing en masse within a few days. This was reported by the head of the Luhansk Regional Military Administration, Artem Lysogor.
Additionally, in the temporarily occupied territories of Ukraine, the enemies have intensified filtering measures among teenagers to prevent crime.
The occupation authorities continue an active recruitment campaign of the youth in the temporarily occupied territories, creating various "patriotic" organizations used as cover for military training of teenagers. This information was disclosed by the Center for National Resistance.
