All through Israel? Slovenia may refuse to participate in Eurovision.

The Slovenian telecommunications company may refuse to take part in the "Eurovision" due to the conflict with Israel
The RTV Slovenija telecommunication company is considering the possibility of refusing to participate in the "Eurovision" song contest if the European Broadcasting Union (EBU) does not resolve the issue regarding Israel's participation. Representatives of the channel expressed doubts about the political influence on the contest. This statement was published on the RTV Slovenija website.
«Many viewers in Slovenia and other countries have doubted the transparency of the voting at the "Eurovision" due to the political context. We observe that decisions about participation or voting results can be influenced by political interests, undermining public trust in the EBU,» said the broadcaster's director Ksenija Horvat.
Ksenija Horvat called on the organizers to review the voting system in the contest and ensure its fairness. Otherwise, Slovenia may boycott the show if the EBU does not resolve key issues regarding ethics and public interest.
«There should be greater transparency in the tele-voting process at the "Eurovision" contest. This year everything was very strange,» noted Austrian singer JJ.
Currently, the Spanish broadcaster Rtve is also criticizing the viewer voting at the contest, claiming that it loses cultural value due to political aspects. Other countries are beginning to express doubts about the work of the EBU and the possibility of political influence on the results of the contest.
Analysis
The conflict over Israel's participation in the "Eurovision" song contest is becoming a pressing issue for many countries. Demands for transparency and fairness in evaluating performances could lead to significant changes in future editions of the show.
