Ukraine stripped Ani Lorak and Kirkorov of honorary titles.

The President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelensky has stripped several Russian artists of the honorary title 'People's Artist of Ukraine'. Among them are Nikolai Baskov, Philip Kirkorov, Alexander Malinin, Igor Krutoy, Karolina Kuiek (Ani Lorak) and Taisia Povaliy.
Ani Lorak's position on Russia's war against Ukraine
In 2014, at the beginning of the Russian-Ukrainian war, Ani Lorak moved to Russia and began performing there. After the beginning of the Russian invasion, she did not condemn these events and lives in Russia, holding Russian citizenship. She also financially supports a Russian fund that helps children from Ukraine abducted by the Russian Federation.
Philip Kirkorov's position on Russia's war against Ukraine
Philip Kirkorov violated the state border of Ukraine in order to enter occupied Crimea, for which he was included in the Myrotvorets database. He also participated in Russia's propaganda events. After the beginning of the Russian invasion, Philip did not express his civic position, but his actions supported Putin's regime and Russia's war against Ukraine. He also defended Viktor Medvedchuk, who was detained by the Security Service of Ukraine, and his wife Oksana Marchenko.
Taisia Povaliy's position on Russia's war against Ukraine
Taisia Povaliy justified Russia's invasion of Ukraine and spoke about 'reconciliation of nations'. She has also received personal sanctions from Ukraine and holds Russian citizenship.
