A plane crash occurred in Pakistan, resulting in the deaths of six people. Reuters reports this.
According to the publication, the helicopter was leased by a private company in the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa province. It crashed near the Afghan border shortly after takeoff in the North Waziristan area.
There were about 14 passengers on board the helicopter, including Russian pilots. Eight people were injured and taken to the hospital.
Recall that in September in Russia, a Robinson R66 helicopter went missing and was later found to have crashed. Also, in August in Russia, an Mi-8 helicopter with 22 people on board went missing, all were killed.
