The General Staff named the direction of the front where the situation is most difficult.

Ukraine is experiencing the 1244th day of a full-scale invasion by Russia on Monday, July 21. There were 154 combat clashes at the front in the past day.

Situation at the front on July 21

In the North-Slobozhansk and Kursk directions, there were 23 combat clashes in the past day. The enemy launched nine aerial strikes, dropped 12 KABs, and conducted 356 artillery shellings, of which one was from a multiple rocket launcher.

In the South-Slobozhansk direction, the enemy stormed the positions of Ukrainian units seven times in the areas of the settlements of Vovchansk, Krasne Pershe, Kutkivka, Stroiivka, and Starytsia.

In the Kupiansk direction, there were four attacks by the occupiers in the past day: the Defense Forces repelled the enemy's assault actions near Kindrashivka, Zeleny Hay, and towards Kupiansk.

In the Lyman direction, Russian forces attacked 20 times, trying to advance in the areas of the settlements of Karpivka, Kolodyazi, Novy Mir, Ridkodub, Shandryholove, Torske, and towards Serebryanka.

In the Siversk direction, the enemy attacked our forces' positions six times in the areas of Vyymka, Verkhnokamianske, Fedorivka, and Hrihorivka.

In the Kramatorsk direction, two combat clashes were recorded in the areas of Predtechyne and Bila Hora.

In the Toretsk direction, the occupiers made nine attacks in the areas of Diliivka, Shcherbynivka, Rusynyi Yar, Toretsk, and towards Katerynivka.

In the Pokrovsk direction, defenders stopped 46 assault and offensive actions of the aggressor in the areas of the settlements of Poltavka, Udachne, Novoekonomichne, Lysivka, Zvirove, Volodymyrivka, Novotoretske, Dachne, Novopavlivka, Horiikhove, Oleksiivka, and towards Pokrovsk, Myrnohrad, and Filia.

In the Novopavlivsk direction, the Russian Federation attacked the positions of the Armed Forces of Ukraine 17 times in the areas of the settlements of Yalta, Myrne, Tolstoi, Voskresenka, Malijiivka, Zelenyi Pole, Temyrivka, Piddubne, and Novopill.

In the Hulyaipole direction, the Russians made one unsuccessful assault attempt towards Malynivka.

In the Orikhiv direction, the enemy did not conduct offensive actions.

In the Dnipro direction, there was one combat clash, with the enemy trying to advance towards Dnipro.

As a reminder, overnight the Air Defense Forces shot down 224 enemy aerial targets over Ukraine.

In Kyiv, as a result of the Russian attack, eight people were injured, and damage was recorded.

Ukraine continues to experience attacks by militants in various directions, revealing the brutality of the conflict. The General Staff summarized the statistics for the day, showing that tension at the front continues.
