Turkey is hit by bad weather: wind knocks children off their feet (video).

Several natural disasters occurred in Turkey due to a strong south-western wind. In Istanbul, boats and promenades were flooded, and in Bursa, the wind knocked children off their feet. Fortunately, there is currently no information about victims.
Due to these natural disasters, some transport types are not operating in Istanbul, and some companies have switched to a shortened working day. However, schools are still functioning normally. The meteorological service also advised pregnant women and those weighing under 58 kg to stay home due to the increasing wind strength.
Not only Istanbul suffered from this bad weather, but other cities in Turkey also experienced impacts. In Bursa, trees, metal railings, and garbage containers fell due to the strong wind. There are also damaged vehicles. Although photos and videos showing children being blown away by the wind have spread online, there is no information about victims.
It is forecasted that the wind may intensify by evening, and some regions may experience rain. Meteorologists advise people to be cautious and stay home, especially those who are of lighter weight.
