The Guardian learned who is blocking the decision to transfer Taurus to Ukraine.


The German side has not yet decided whether to transfer TAURUS missiles to Ukraine, reports The Guardian. Chancellor Merz initially saw no obstacles in this, but later explained that he could not clearly articulate his position.
