Danish Prime Minister Mette Frederiksen talks about the activities of the Russian shadow fleet that helps Russia continue the war in Ukraine. She calls on Europe to change its attitude towards dependence on China in technology matters. Frederiksen emphasizes the need for greater awareness of Beijing's role in this situation.
"I do not think that Russia could continue this large-scale war and simultaneously act as it does in other regions of the world without China's help," Frederiksen said.
Moreover, Frederiksen believes that Europe should invest more in its own technologies to reduce dependence on China. She does not mention possible restrictions on trade with China. However, Denmark insists on the need for EU actions against the Russian shadow fleet that supports Russia's economy and the war in Ukraine.
