Russia significantly increased production of kamikaze drones - expert.

According to expert Bohdan Dolints, the production of the 'Shakhed' kamikaze drones in Russia has significantly increased since the beginning of the year. Instead of 12-14 drones per day, now close to 50 drones are being produced per day. The total production volume amounts to 1,500 drones per month. In addition, decoy drones are also being produced to distract air defense systems. Overall, the production of such decoys can reach up to 1,500 units per month.
The expert emphasized that Russia constantly launches 2,700 to 3,000 drones into Ukrainian airspace every month. He also explained that decoy drones are simple and inexpensive to produce, as they do not have complex or expensive systems.
The expert drew attention to the active work of electronic warfare, which is the main tool to combat decoy drones. Decoy drones often get lost or change their flight path due to unprotected navigation systems. At the same Time, the 'Shakhed' drones have a protected navigation system, allowing them to bypass electronic warfare systems and correct errors related to GPS spoofing.
