Russian troops have once again attacked Kharkiv in the night of June 5. Mayor Ihor Terekhov reported that the missile strike was carried out in the Slobidskyi district of the city.

According to Terekhov, the enemy shelled Kharkiv with missiles. 'Details are currently being clarified. Be careful!', he warned.

Oleh Syniehubov, head of the Kharkiv OVA, noted that traces of the missiles were recorded in the Slobidskyi district. There is currently no information on casualties as a result of the attack.

Previous attacks on Kharkiv

On the previous night, June 4, Russian forces also attacked Kharkiv using drones and missiles. The military hospital reported multiple fires in industrial areas and damage to residential buildings.

Ten drone strikes were carried out on the city, including in the Novobavarskyi district. This attack involved nine drones and two missiles, leading to fires at four locations in Kharkiv.

Since the beginning of the hostilities, the situation in eastern Ukraine has escalated, where enemy troops systematically shell the civilian population and the infrastructure of cities.

Events in Kharkiv indicate an escalation of the situation in eastern Ukraine due to the inhumane attacks by Russian troops. Attacks are carried out using both drones and missiles, leading to the destruction of the city and threats to the lives of civilians.
