The Russian Federation Attacks Dnipropetrovsk Region with UAVs Processed with Chemical Substance? Statement by Local Authorities.

Information has spread at the beginning of this week that Russia is using unmanned aerial vehicles that are processed with an unknown substance causing chemical burns. However, according to Serhii Lysak, head of the Dnipropetrovsk Regional Organization for Recovery and Data Analysis, no such cases have been recorded in the region.
A news emerged in the network about the enemy's use of chemical substances in an unmanned aerial vehicle. It causes burns upon contact with the skin. I would like to reassure everyone — no such cases have occurred in our region. This is also confirmed by our local health department.
Serhii Lysak emphasizes that it is necessary to follow safety rules regardless of the situation: "Do not touch suspicious objects. If you notice such things, immediately contact emergency services, call 101 or 102".
A representative of the operational and strategic group "Tavriia" Dmytro Lykhoviy also stated that the occupiers are using ammunition with poisonous substances daily in their responsibility zone.
It should be noted that Russian occupiers on the front line in Ukraine unlawfully use prohibited chemical weapons, including chloropicrin. They hope to weaken the defensive capabilities of the Ukrainian troops and possibly force them to retreat from fortified positions.
