Biden's Advisor Sullivan: Mobilization is the Key Factor for Ukraine's Success.

U.S. National Security Advisor Jake Sullivan noted that the Biden administration's legacy in Ukraine can be summed up in two words: 'Kyiv stands'.
In an exclusive interview for PBS NewsHour, Sullivan talked about the situation in Ukraine, the Middle East, and President Biden's legacy on the international stage.
Regarding Ukraine, Sullivan pointed to a significant escalation of the situation by Russia, which is using North Korean troops in combat on the front lines. According to him, this is a fundamental change in the nature of the conflict.
The advisor emphasized the issue of mobilization in Ukraine. 'The key factor for the country's effectiveness is its mobilization and human resources,' Sullivan stressed.
Responding to a question about arms supplies for Ukraine, the advisor noted that individual weapon systems would not make a decisive contribution to this battle. According to him, the main factors are human resources, ammunition, and other elements of national strength, as well as morale and industrial base.
When asked about the Biden administration's legacy concerning the Ukrainian issue, Sullivan stated: 'Ukraine was under threat of disappearing from the map. Thanks to the courage and ingenuity of Ukrainians, and thanks to President Joe Biden, who united the countries of the world, we were able to defend Kyiv and Ukraine, and Ukraine will continue to grow as a thriving democracy in the future.'
