Over 170 battles - Headquarters report on the hottest areas of the front.


On Tuesday, July 22, the 1,245th day of Russia's full-scale invasion continues. Over the past day, there have been 176 combat clashes on the front.
The Press Service of the Headquarters reported on the situation in various areas of the front:
On the Northern-Slobyzhansky and Kursk directions, defenders repelled 22 enemy attacks. The enemy also carried out eight airstrikes with twelve guided bombs and conducted 318 shellings, five of which were with MLRS.
On the Southern Slobyzhansky direction, the Russian Federation attempted to advance six times in the areas of the settlements of Vovchansk, Kamyanka, Stroivka, Zapadne, and Kutkivka.
In the Kupiansk direction, there were seven attacks by Russians in the areas of Holubivka, Kupiansk, Pishchane, Zahryzove, Zelenyi Hai, and towards Bohuslavka.
In the Lyman direction, there were 23 combat clashes, with occupiers attempting to advance near the settlements of Novyi Myr, Karpivka, Kolodiazi, Yampolivka, Torske, and towards the settlements of Serebryanka, Serednie, Shandryholove, and Hryhorivka.
The front report shows that active battles have been ongoing all day, with the enemy trying to advance in most areas. Defenders demonstrate heroism and hold their positions, inflicting significant losses on the enemy. The situation at the front remains tense, but the Ukrainian military is responding honorably to the aggressors' attacks.
