Taxi Ride on Safari: Uber Introduces New Service for Tourists.

Uber has introduced a new service called Uber Safari, allowing passengers to see African safaris. This service launched in Cape Town this October. Through a unique trip, which can be booked via the Uber app, travelers can enjoy the incredible African wildlife for just $200 for four people.
Passengers who book the safari will be transported from Cape Town to the private Aquila reserve. They can enjoy a welcome snack before the trip and embark on an unforgettable adventure with guides.
The Aquila reserve, located two hours' drive from Cape Town, offers a wide variety of wildlife including lions, elephants, buffaloes, cheetahs, and rhinos. This reserve covers an area of over 9712 square kilometers and is one of the largest reserves in Africa.
To book an Uber Safari trip, clients need to open the Uber app and select the Uber Safari icon on the main screen. Then specify the date and pick-up and drop-off locations. If the trip is confirmed, clients will receive a confirmation email.
The Uber Safari service is available from October 2, 2024, and will operate on Fridays and Saturdays until the end of January. It is recommended to book the tour in advance as the number of trips is limited.
