A one-time assistance of 10,000 UAH will be paid to those mobilized in Vinnytsia region.


Deputies made changes to the Regional Target Program for Supporting Combatants and Their Families in Vinnytsia Region for 2022-2026. According to the new rules, mobilized persons will be paid a one-Time financial assistance and have their housing rent compensated. This was reported by the Vinnytsia Regional Council.
Program content
- Providing one-time financial assistance to mobilized persons to the Armed Forces of Ukraine from Vinnytsia, who are registered in the region - in the amount amount of 10,000 UAH.
- Compensation payments for renting housing for the families of mobilized persons residing in Vinnytsia region and not having their own housing.
- Annual financial assistance for purchasing school supplies for school-age children of deceased war veterans and defenders of Ukraine.
- Free services for the upbringing and education of children of deceased war veterans and defenders of Ukraine in various cultural and educational institutions.
The Vinnytsia Regional Military Administration must develop and approve the procedures for using the regional budget funds for payments under the program.
Additionally, the National Cabinet of Ministers increased the financial compensation amounts for military personnel of the Armed Forces if they receive injuries or disabilities. Moreover, families of soldiers who have died will receive larger payments. These changes are not only related to combat actions.
In Kyiv, there are also additional social benefits and guarantees for military personnel and their families who are in captivity or missing.
