Ministry of Defense Codifies Individual Demining Kit.

The Ministry of Defense has approved a new kit for detection, marking, and demining. This kit is manufactured by a domestic enterprise using domestic components.
According to the Ministry of Defense, each kit consists of more than ten items that are necessary for a serviceman when performing tasks related to detecting and marking explosive devices.
The kit includes various items such as an engineering probe made of dielectric material, a reusable "claw" for dragging "tripwires," paracord, sets for handling fuses and detonators, light sources for night marking, and more. During the development of the kit, difficult working conditions of the military, different types of terrain, and traps placed by occupiers during the mining of territories were taken into account.
In assembling the kit, the developers relied on the experience of their foreign partners and Ukrainian soldiers, gained during the repulsion of aggression from Russia. They analyzed samples of similar kits used in other armies of the world and created their own, taking into account the needs of Ukrainian military.
Several hundred of these kits are already in the troops, with the manufacturer providing them free of charge for use in various defense units.
