Musk against the Pentagon, FBI, and State Department: why civil servants declared a boycott.

Ukrainian federal employees are facing a crisis due to the actions of Elon Musk. As the head of the Office of Government Efficiency, he announced the dismissal of government officials and set requirements for them. This was reported by 'Glavkom' citing Associated Press.
On Saturday, leading government agencies, including the Pentagon, FBI, State Department, and Homeland Security, received an email from Musk. In it, he stated that hundreds of thousands of employees must provide a list of their achievements in their positions within 48 hours, or they will be fired.
In response to this demand, agency heads ordered their subordinates not to comply with Musk's requirements and stated that they had been 'personally offended' by such demands. Some politicians from both parties believe that Musk's actions violate the law. Unions even threaten to file a lawsuit.
Such measures are being carried out as part of Trump's program to reduce government spending. On his social media, Trump stated that government agencies and media are full of 'bribes, lies, and abuses,' so they need reform.
Amid political scandals, there has also been a wave of protests in the U.S. due to the sudden dismissal of USAID employees (U.S. Agency for International Development). Thousands of people have already lost their jobs.
Earlier, the U.S. president ordered the Department of Justice to fire all prosecutors who remained since Joe Biden's Time. Trump stated that the Justice Department is too politicized.
