Money is not important: expert assessed who among the refugees will return to Ukraine first.

Return of refugees to Ukraine after the war
Researcher at the Institute of Demography and Social Studies, Oleksii Pozniak, stated that some refugees who left Ukraine during the war intend to return. According to the expert, those who wish to restore their social status may return, regardless of high salaries. There is also a possibility that some migrants with work experience abroad will return, as they do not always manage to find prestigious jobs abroad.
In Ukraine, earnings may be lower, but prices are usually lower than in the European Union countries. The longer the migration lasts, the less likely it is for refugees to return.
The expert also noted that some job offers abroad are quite simple. However, after examining various offers, Ukrainian migrants may find that there are advantages in Ukraine, such as lower prices for goods and services.
Considering the overall trend, the longer the migration lasts, the less likely it is for refugees to return to Ukraine.
It is worth noting that Poland will make changes to the employment rules for Ukrainians.
