Modern cameras that automatically register traffic violations have started to be installed at intersections with traffic lights in Ukraine. Now car owners can receive fines for running a red light without police involvement.
The modernization of the traffic control system is ongoing. The automatic violation recording system is constantly being improved to ensure more effective monitoring. Now drivers who pass through a red light risk receiving a fine of 510 hryvnias. The police encourage everyone to adhere to traffic rules and inform about the ongoing expansion of the surveillance camera network on the country's roads.
Ukraine has begun using modern cameras for automatic violation recording at intersections with traffic lights. This will help enhance road safety and reduce the number of traffic violations.
