The Ukrainian Armed Forces revealed the target of strikes on military recruitment centers in Ukraine.

Russia is actively attacking Ukrainian recruitment and social support centers (TCC and SP) with the aim of disrupting mobilization processes in Ukraine. This was reported by Vitaliy Sarantsev, head of the communications department of the Ukrainian Ground Forces, on the air of Kyiv24.
Why Russia attacks TCC buildings
According to Sarantsev, the primary goal of these attacks is the physical destruction of the databases of military conscripts, which hampers or completely blocks mobilization. Additionally, the attacks also instill fear among the civilian population, as TCCs are usually located in densely populated areas near transportation infrastructure and social facilities.
'Nearby, as always, there may be developed transportation infrastructure or some large facilities. Accordingly, such dangerous proximity is meant to outrage citizens, stir them up, and push them to take some actions against TCCs.'
It is noted that the attacks are also aimed at depriving people of the desire to contact TCCs even on issues unrelated to mobilization, such as social services, data updates, or signing contracts for service. In this way, the enemy seeks to destabilize the mobilization mechanism and undermine trust in the system as a whole.
Unfortunately, the last attack by Russia on a TCC took place yesterday in Zaporizhia, where as a result of the explosion, 14 civilians were injured, and two military personnel were hospitalized in serious condition.
It has been reported that Russia is actively attacking Ukrainian recruitment and social support centers, trying to destroy databases, instill fear among the civilian population, and destabilize the mobilization mechanism. The last attack in Zaporizhia led to injuries among both civilians and military personnel.
