The Chairman of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, Ruslan Stefanchuk, said that deputies are working on allowing young men aged 18 to 24 to travel abroad. He announced this news at the 'State Builder' forum, which took place on July 19.

According to him, deputies are considering options for organizing the departure of young men abroad.

'I know that this topic is being discussed... There are some ideas that the deputies will come up with. I will await their decision. Young people aged 18 to 24 are not subject to mobilization, but they have restrictions on the realization of their rights. Therefore, we need to find a way to allow them to exercise their rights'
, he explained.

Stefanchuk also added that he expects a response from the committee that is already working on this issue.

It should be noted that there is already an explanation from lawyers regarding the possibility of men who have been reserved traveling from the country for vacation. Under the conditions of martial law and mobilization, the restrictions on crossing the border apply to citizens aged 18 to 60.
